Supercomp Big Brake Kit

The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit is engineered to deliver the ultimate in stopping power for your Dodge Neon SRT-4 (2003-2005). The kit features an extreme lightweight, one-piece caliper that is CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet. This caliper weighs just over 5lbs and boasts a differential bore configuration with machined-in protection grooves. Standard components include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design significantly enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems, while stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. Ksport utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly that reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. Many applications offer a floating disc option to mitigate thermal stresses and prevent warping or cupping of the braking surface under extreme heat. The unique slot design on the rotor effectively reduces braking noise and expels gas and pad debris more rapidly than conventional designs. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced prior to shipment for optimal performance. While cross-drilled rotors tend to run cooler and are recommended for daily drivers, the slotted rotors included in this kit are recommended for vehicles experiencing more track use. It includes replacement calipers, rotors, pads, brake lines, and all necessary hardware. For street use, SC5 Street pads with a long-lasting, low-dust ceramic compound are recommended, operating optimally between 194°F – 1022°F. For track use, RC1 Race Pads offer superior stopping power under extreme conditions. All Ksport big brake kits come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturer defects.
