Supercomp Big Brake Kit

The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit represents the pinnacle of braking upgrades, engineered to deliver unparalleled stopping power for your Ford Fusion (2006-2012). This sophisticated, bolt-on system integrates seamlessly without the need for vehicle modifications. Constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum, the one-piece forged calipers are exceptionally lightweight, strong, and corrosion-resistant, featuring aluminum pistons for superior heat management. The kit includes CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets to ensure a direct bolt-on fit to OEM locations. The floating two-piece rotor design allows for slight outer section movement, improving self-centering, reducing brake drag, and enhancing overall performance. Customers can choose between cross-drilled rotors, recommended for daily driving due to better cooling, or slotted rotors, ideal for track use. The kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, offering a balance of braking performance for street and occasional track use, with reduced dust and noise. DOT-compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also included, providing a firmer pedal feel and quicker response by preventing line expansion under pressure. Ksport Big Brake kits are built to order, with an estimated production and delivery time of 4-6 weeks. Fitment is extensive, covering various Ford Fusion models from 2006-2012, including Hybrid trims. While the product page lists specific examples, a search bar is available to confirm compatibility with a broader range of vehicles. Fitment Industries emphasizes confirming fitment to minimize the risk of ordering the wrong product, and they offer support to resolve any confirmed fitment issues.
