The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit provides superior stopping power for your Mercedes-Benz W203 C-Class. This front brake system is engineered with advanced technology to significantly reduce brake fade and ensure consistent brake pad cooling during demanding use. This kit features an extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum. The caliper boasts a differential bore configuration with larger pistons than standard ProComp calipers, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity, while stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. Each caliper in the SuperComp series requires four brake pads. The system includes a 2-piece floating disc assembly, reducing both rotating and unsprung weight for improved braking response. The floating disc design mitigates thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing disc warping or cupping. Rotors feature a unique slot design to minimize braking noise and efficiently expel gas and pad debris. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles for cooler operation, while slotted rotors are better suited for track use. The kit comes standard with Ksport SC5 Street Pads, designed for optimal street and occasional track performance, offering reduced brake dust and noise compared to race pads. Optional RC5 Race Pads are available for extreme track conditions. This big brake kit is made to order. Please note that once the order is placed, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
