The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit is engineered to deliver superior stopping power for your 2009-2013 Toyota Prius. The extreme lightweight one-piece caliper is CNC machined from aircraft quality billet, weighing just over 5 lbs. each, and features a differential bore configuration with machined-in protection grooves. Key components include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad grip and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems, while stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. The kit utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly, including a floating disc option, to reduce rotational and unsprung weight, and mitigate thermal stresses that can cause rotor warping. The unique rotor slot design minimizes braking noise and improves gas and debris expulsion. The kit includes replacement calipers, 330mm drilled rotors, pads, brake lines, and all related hardware. Available caliper colors include standard options like Orange, Red, Yellow, and Black, with custom color upgrades also offered. All Ksport big brake kits come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturer defects.
