Supercomp Big Brake Kit Front 330mm Rotor

The Ksport Supercomp Front Big Brake Kit (BKMD081-836CO) is engineered to provide the ultimate stopping power for your Mercedes-Benz W211 E55 AMG or E63 AMG. This kit features a massive 330mm diameter, 32mm thick rotor with a 2-piece floating disc assembly. The floating design helps to reduce weight and mitigate thermal stresses that can cause warping. SuperComp systems come standard with a unique slot design on the rotor, which reduces braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance, with cross-drilled options available for cooler operation on daily driven vehicles, and slotted rotors recommended for track use. The extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper is forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum and boasts a differential bore configuration with significantly larger pistons than Ksport's ProComp calipers. This caliper design, weighing just over 7 lbs each, includes machined protection grooves, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM systems, while stainless-steel braided brake lines improve pedal feel and response by preventing expansion under pressure. This kit is made to order, and all Ksport big brake kits come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. The kit includes Ksport SC5 Street Pads, which are ceramic pads optimized for street and occasional track use, offering reduced dust and noise compared to race pads. Optional RC5 Race Pads, made of carbon metallic, are available for extreme track conditions but are not recommended for street use due to their high operating temperature requirements.
