The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit is engineered to significantly upgrade the braking performance of your Subaru Forester (2003-2007). This kit provides superior stopping power, reduces brake fade during demanding use, and actively cools and refreshes the brake pad surface. The kit includes a lightweight, one-piece caliper constructed from aircraft-quality billet aluminum. This caliper features a differential bore configuration, measures just over 5 lbs, and includes protection grooves for bridge tubes. Standard features also include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems. Stainless steel brake lines are incorporated to prevent expansion under pressure. The rotors utilize a 2-piece disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. A floating disc option is available to mitigate thermal stresses that can cause warping.
