Supercomp Big Brake Kit - Rear

The Ksport Supercomp Rear Big Brake Kit offers enhanced stopping power for your Mercedes Benz W203 C-Class. This kit features a lightweight, forged aircraft-quality billet aluminum SuperComp caliper with differential bore configuration and larger pistons compared to ProComp calipers. The caliper design includes protection grooves, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design improves pad wear and caliper rigidity, while stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. Each caliper requires four brake pads due to its size. This system utilizes a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. The floating disc design prevents thermal stresses from warping or cupping the braking surface. The unique rotor slot design minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance, with cross-drilled options recommended for daily driven vehicles and slotted rotors for track use. Included are Ksport SC5 Street Pads, made with NAOC ceramic material, designed for optimal performance under street and occasional track conditions. They offer reduced brake dust, noise, and rotor wear. Optional Ksport RC5 Race Pads are available for extreme track conditions, made of carbon metallic material with a higher optimal operating temperature range, not recommended for street use. The kit comes standard with DOT compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines for improved pedal feel and quicker response. Caliper brackets are CNC machined carbon steel for direct bolt-on installation. This product is made to order and is non-refundable. It is compatible with Benz C Class W203 models from 2001-2007, including the C32 AMG (M112K 3.2L), C350 (M272 3.5L), and C55 AMG (M113 5.4L).
