This kit features larger-diameter disc rotors and 8-piston calipers designed for performance and racing applications. The calipers are constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, offering a lightweight yet incredibly strong and corrosion-resistant foundation. They feature opposed-piston designs to improve pad grip and reduce uneven wear, along with aluminum pistons for enhanced heat resistance and smoother operation. Reinforced carbon steel caliper brackets ensure these larger-than-OEM calipers bolt directly onto existing mounting points without modification. The 2-piece rotors are constructed from cast iron with a drilled and vented style, paired with an aluminum center to reduce rotational mass, improve braking response, and shorten stopping distances. This design also helps minimize rotor warpage by allowing for less restricted expansion and contraction. The minimum required wheel diameter for this kit is 21 inches.
