SuperComp Big Brake Kit with Stainless Lines

These advanced brake systems integrate new technology to significantly reduce brake fade and ensure continuous cooling and refreshing of the brake pad surface during braking. The kit features Ksport's extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, crafted from aircraft-quality billet. This caliper utilizes a differential bore configuration with much larger pistons compared to their ProComp calipers, weighing just over 7 lbs. each and incorporating protective grooves for bridge tubes. Standard features include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity, while stainless steel brake lines eliminate expansion under pressure. Included are 2-piece floating disc assemblies that reduce both rotating and unsprung weight. This floating design also mitigates thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing disc warping or cupping of the braking surface. The rotors feature a unique slot design to minimize braking noise and efficiently expel gas and pad debris, outperforming conventional slot designs. Each rotor undergoes heat treatment and balancing before shipment for peak performance. For daily driven vehicles, cross-drilled rotors are recommended for cooler operation. Slotted rotors are better suited for vehicles that experience more track use than daily driving. The SuperComp systems come standard with 4 brake pads per caliper due to the caliper's larger size.
