The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake System is engineered as the ultimate brake upgrade for the 2002-2007 Nissan Murano, delivering unparalleled stopping power without requiring any modifications to your vehicle. This advanced bolt-on kit builds upon the benefits of Ksport's Procomp series, incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, along with an increased number of pistons and standard full-floating rotors for superior self-centering capabilities. The calipers are constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring lightweight strength and resistance to corrosion. The opposed-piston design ensures consistent brake pad grip and wear. This system utilizes two-piece rotors, which are significantly lighter than OEM one-piece rotors, offering fade-free performance and comfortable operation for daily driving. The lightweight center sections, made from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, reduce rotational mass for quicker brake response. The independent expansion and contraction of the rotor sections minimize warping due to heat buildup, and the aluminum center sections act as heat sinks, prolonging rotor life. Included in the standard kit are forged, monoblock aluminum calipers, lightweight two-piece slotted or drilled rotors, SC5 street brake pads, stainless steel brake lines, and all necessary mounting hardware and brackets. Customers can choose between slotted rotors for track use or cross-drilled rotors for daily driving. Optional upgrades for race pads and custom caliper colors are also available.
