The SuperComp caliper is machined from aircraft-quality billet, features a differential bore configuration with larger pistons, and weighs just over 7lbs. It includes aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates.

This kit features an extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, machined from aircraft-quality billet, with a differential bore and oversized pistons. The caliper weighs just over 7lbs and incorporates protection grooves for bridge tubes. Standard components include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates, all contributing to improved pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM designs. This kit utilizes 2-piece floating disc assemblies, reducing both rotating and unsprung weight. The floating design also mitigates thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing rotor warping or cupping. The rotors feature a unique slot design that helps reduce braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Ksport recommends slotted rotors for vehicles with more track use, while cross-drilled rotors are suggested for daily drivers due to their cooler running properties. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad longevity and caliper stiffness. Additionally, stainless steel brake lines are included to prevent expansion under pressure, ensuring consistent brake pedal feel. This specific kit is designed for the 1993-1997 Toyota Corolla and features 400mm (15.7 inch) slotted rotors and an 8-piston caliper configuration.
