SuperComp Caliper

This kit integrates cutting-edge brake technology to offer superior resistance to brake fade, even under demanding conditions. The system also features a unique design that continuously cools and refreshes the brake pad surface during application, ensuring consistent performance. At the heart of this kit is the extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, machined from aircraft-quality billet and weighing just over 7 lbs. It boasts a differential bore configuration with significantly larger pistons than Ksport's ProComp calipers. Standard features include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design offers substantial improvements in pad wear and caliper rigidity over stock systems. Complementing the calipers are stainless steel brake lines, which prevent expansion under pressure, and a 2-piece floating disc assembly that reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. The 2-piece floating disc design also mitigates thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing disc warping or braking surface cupping. Every rotor is heat-treated and balanced prior to shipment to ensure optimal performance. While cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily-driven vehicles due to cooler running temperatures, the slotted rotors in this kit are specifically recommended for vehicles that will experience more track use than daily driving. The overall design aims for easy installation with minimal tools required in most applications. This kit includes 400mm rear and 380mm front rotors, an 8-piston caliper configuration, and slotted rotor design. Specific fitment details should be confirmed for your exact vehicle application.
