SuperComp Caliper Kit

The Ksport SuperComp Big Brake Kit offers the ultimate in stopping power, integrating advanced brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and continually cool the brake pads. The kit includes Ksport's extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, which is machined from aircraft-quality billet and features a differential bore configuration with much larger pistons than ProComp calipers. This opposed piston design greatly improves pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM systems. The calipers also feature aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates, along with machined-in protection grooves for bridge tubes. Further enhancing performance, the SuperComp systems utilize a 2-piece floating disc assembly. This design reduces both rotating and unsprung weight, while also preventing thermal stresses from warping the disc or cupping the braking surface. The unique slot design on the rotor effectively reduces braking noise and expels gas and pad debris faster than conventional designs. Each rotor is heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance, with slotted rotors recommended for track use. Stainless steel brake lines are included to prevent expansion under pressure, ensuring consistent braking force. Due to the larger caliper size, four brake pads are standard per caliper. This kit is specifically designed for the 2003-2008 Subaru Forester.
