The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit is a front brake upgrade designed for the Subaru Impreza STi 2002-2004. This kit provides ultimate stopping power and integrates new brake technology to reduce brake fade and continually cool the brake pads.

This kit integrates advanced brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and ensure consistent performance by continually cooling and refreshing the brake pad surface during braking. The SuperComp calipers are exceptionally lightweight, constructed from aircraft-quality billet, and feature a differential bore design with larger pistons compared to the ProComp series. These calipers weigh just over 7 lbs. each and include machined protection grooves for bridge tubes, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM systems. Stainless steel brake lines are included to prevent expansion under pressure. The SuperComp systems utilize a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which minimizes rotating and unsprung weight. This floating disc design also prevents thermal stresses from extreme heat from warping the disc or the braking surface. The unique slot design on the rotor contributes to reduced braking noise and more efficient expulsion of gas and pad debris compared to conventional designs. Each rotor is heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Ksport notes that cross-drilled rotors generally run cooler and are recommended for daily-driven vehicles, while slotted rotors are suggested for vehicles primarily used for track driving.
