SuperComp Caliper Kit

This advanced brake system incorporates cutting-edge technology to significantly reduce brake fade, while its design actively cools and refreshes the brake pad surface during braking. The SuperComp caliper is exceptionally lightweight, weighing just over 7 lbs, and is precision-machined from aircraft-quality billet. It features a differential bore configuration with substantially larger pistons compared to ProComp calipers, enhancing brake performance. Additional caliper features include machined-in protection grooves for bridge tubes, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design inherently improves pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM systems, and the included stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. This kit includes Ksport's 2-piece floating disc assembly, which minimizes both rotating and unsprung weight. The floating design also effectively manages thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing disc warping and cupping of the braking surface. The unique slot design on the rotor not only reduces braking noise but also efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Each rotor is meticulously heat-treated and balanced before shipment to ensure optimal performance. Ksport offers both cross-drilled rotors (recommended for daily driving) and slotted rotors (recommended for track use).
