SuperComp Caliper Kit

This kit incorporates advanced brake technology, significantly reducing brake fade and actively cooling the brake pads during aggressive use. The SuperComp caliper itself is a marvel of engineering, precision-machined from aircraft-quality billet. It boasts a differential bore configuration with substantially larger pistons compared to Ksport's ProComp calipers, enhancing brake pad wear and caliper rigidity over stock components. Standard features on this extreme lightweight caliper, weighing just over 7lbs, include machined-in protection grooves for bridge tubes, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design further optimizes pad wear and enhances overall caliper stiffness. Complementing the caliper is the 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. This floating design also mitigates thermal stresses, preventing disc warping and cupping under extreme heat. The unique rotor slot design minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris, while the rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Users can choose between cross-drilled rotors for cooler operation on daily drivers or slotted rotors for enhanced track performance.
