Overview

It integrates new brake technology to reduce brake fade and continually cools the brake pads. This kit features a lightweight SuperComp caliper machined from aircraft quality billet, with larger aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design improves pad wear and caliper rigidity.

This kit features an extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, machined from aircraft-quality billet, weighing just over 7 lbs. each. The caliper utilizes a differential bore configuration with significantly larger aluminum pistons than Ksport's ProComp calipers, along with high-temperature seals and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances both pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems, while the included stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. The SuperComp systems incorporate a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which minimizes rotating and unsprung weight. This floating disc design also mitigates thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing disc warping and cupping of the braking surface. Every rotor is heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Slotted rotors are recommended for vehicles primarily used for track driving, whereas cross-drilled rotors are better suited for daily driven vehicles.
