SuperComp Extreme Lightweight Caliper

The SuperComp calipers are constructed from aircraft-quality billet aluminum, featuring a differential bore design with significantly larger pistons for enhanced performance compared to ProComp calipers. Each caliper weighs just over 7 pounds and includes machined protection grooves for bridge tubes. Standard features across all Ksport calipers include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design improves pad wear and offers superior caliper rigidity over OEM components. Stainless steel brake lines are included to prevent expansion under pressure. The SuperComp systems come equipped with a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. This floating design also prevents thermal stresses from warping the disc or cupping the braking surface. The rotors feature a unique slot design that minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Each rotor is meticulously heat-treated and balanced prior to shipment to ensure optimal performance. Ksport Big Brake kits are specified to fit 2WD vehicles only, unless otherwise stated. This particular kit, BKNS161-951SO, is compatible with the Nissan Skyline R33 models from 1995-1998, specifically for RWD vehicles with a 4x114.3 bolt pattern.
