SuperComp Extreme Lightweight Caliper Kit

The extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, a key component of this kit, is precision-machined from aircraft-quality billet. It features a differential bore configuration with significantly larger pistons compared to ProComp calipers, providing enhanced clamping force and improved brake performance. Aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates are standard, contributing to durability and consistent performance. The opposed piston caliper design is a significant advancement over stock systems, greatly improving both pad wear and caliper rigidity. This design, coupled with stainless steel brake lines that resist expansion under pressure, ensures a firm and responsive pedal feel. The kit utilizes a 2-piece floating disc assembly which not only reduces rotating and unsprung weight but also mitigates thermal stress on the rotor. This floating design prevents the extreme heat generated during braking from warping the disc or damaging the braking surface. Every rotor is heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance and longevity. The kit includes 380mm floating rotors and 8-piston calipers.
