Overview

It features an extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, machined from aircraft quality billet, which weighs over 7lbs each and has a differential bore configuration with larger pistons than ProComp calipers. The kit includes stainless steel brake lines to prevent expansion under pressure and a 2-piece floating disc assembly designed to reduce weight and prevent warping.

The rotors have a unique slot design for reduced braking noise and faster expulsion of gas and pad debris. The rotors are available in cross-drilled or slotted designs, with cross-drilled recommended for daily driven vehicles and slotted for track use. The opposing piston caliper design improves pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM systems.

Ksport big brake kits provide the ultimate in stopping power for your vehicle, integrating new brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and continually cool the brake pad surface during braking. The Ksport SuperComp caliper is an extreme, lightweight component, precision-machined from aircraft-quality billet aluminum. It features a differential bore configuration with larger pistons compared to ProComp calipers, weighing just over 7lbs each. The caliper design includes machined protection grooves for bridge tubes, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. Its opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity over stock systems, while the stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. This kit utilizes a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. This floating design also mitigates thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing disc warping or cupping of the braking surface. The rotors feature a unique slot design that minimizes braking noise and more efficiently expels gas and pad debris than conventional designs. Every rotor undergoes heat treatment and balancing before shipment to ensure optimal performance. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily drivers due to their tendency to run cooler, while slotted rotors are better suited for vehicles experiencing more track use than daily driving.
