Standard components include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design optimizes pad wear and enhances caliper rigidity over OEM setups, while the included stainless-steel braided brake lines resist expansion under pressure, leading to a firmer pedal feel and quicker response. Due to the substantial size of the SuperComp calipers, each unit utilizes four brake pads. The kit incorporates a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which significantly reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. This floating design effectively mitigates thermal stresses caused by extreme heat, preventing disc warping or cupping of the braking surface. The rotors feature a unique slot design that minimizes braking noise and expedites the expulsion of gas and pad debris.
