SuperComp Forged Billet Aluminum Caliper Kit

The Ksport SuperComp Big Brake Kit is engineered to deliver ultimate stopping power for your Mercedes-Benz W211 E-Class. This front brake system integrates advanced brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and continuously cool the brake pads during use. The SuperComp caliper itself is a masterpiece of engineering, crafted from aircraft-quality 6061-T6 billet aluminum. It boasts a differential bore design with larger pistons and weighs just over 7 lbs, featuring machined protection grooves, high-temperature seals, titanium retainer clips, and stainless-steel wear plates. Each kit includes a 2-piece floating disc assembly designed to reduce both rotating and unsprung weight, while mitigating thermal stresses that can lead to warping or cupping. The unique rotor slot design minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Standard with the kit are Ksport SC5 Street Pads, made from NAOC ceramic material, designed for optimal performance between 194°F – 1022°F. These pads offer a significant reduction in brake dust, noise, and rotor wear compared to race pads, with an average coefficient of friction between .46 and .53. Alternatively, Race Pads (carbon metallic) are available for extreme track conditions, though not recommended for street use due to their higher optimal operating temperature. The kit includes CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets specific to your vehicle, allowing the larger calipers to bolt directly onto the OEM caliper locations. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also standard, improving overall pedal feel and response by preventing expansion under pressure. The kit is made to order, and an estimated time of arrival (ETA) will be provided after the order is submitted to the supplier.
