The Ksport Supercomp Front Big Brake Kit is engineered to deliver ultimate stopping power for your BMW E90 M3. This kit integrates advanced brake technology to minimize brake fade and ensure consistent cooling of the brake pads. The SuperComp caliper is a lightweight, forged aircraft-grade billet aluminum component that weighs just over 7 lbs. It features a differential bore configuration with oversized pistons for superior performance. Standard inclusions for the caliper are aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel wear plates. The opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity, while stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. Each caliper requires four brake pads due to its size. This kit includes 2-piece floating disc assemblies, which reduce rotating and unsprung weight while preventing thermal stress from warping the discs. The unique rotor slot design minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Cross-drilled rotors are included, recommended for daily-driven vehicles due to their cooler operating temperatures compared to slotted rotors. This product is made to order and is non-refundable. Customers can choose between Ksport SC5 Street Pads (ceramic, optimal operating temperatures 194°F – 1022°F, 50% less brake dust) or RC5 Race Pads (carbon metallic, optimal temperatures 482°F – 1472°F, not recommended for street use). Various caliper color options are available, with some incurring additional charges. Optional upgrades include Titanium Center Bell and Hardware or Twin Color Anodized Center Bells. The kit includes CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets and D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which improve pedal feel and response.
