SuperComp Front Big Brake Kit

The Ksport SuperComp Big Brake Kit offers a significant upgrade in stopping power for your Audi B4 80. This kit features extreme lightweight SuperComp calipers, forged from aircraft quality billet aluminum, with larger pistons than Ksport's ProComp calipers. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity, while the stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. Each caliper requires four brake pads due to its size. The system includes a 2-piece floating disc assembly designed to reduce both rotating and unsprung weight. This floating disc design also prevents thermal stresses from warping the disc under extreme heat. The rotors feature a unique slot design that reduces braking noise and expels gas and pad debris effectively. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they tend to run cooler than slotted rotors, which are better suited for track use. Standard equipment includes Ksport SC5 Street Pads, which are NAOC ceramic pads designed for optimal performance in street and occasional track conditions. Optional Ksport RC5 Race Pads, made of carbon metallic, are available for extreme track use and have much higher working temperatures. The kit includes CNC machined carbon steel caliper brackets and D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines for improved pedal feel and quicker response.
