Supercomp Front Big Brake Kit

The Ksport Supercomp Front Big Brake Kit offers superior stopping power for BMW E63 and E64 6-Series models. The SuperComp caliper, forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum, is exceptionally lightweight and features a differential bore configuration with larger pistons for increased performance over OEM designs. Key features of the SuperComp caliper include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design improves pad wear and caliper rigidity, while the included stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. Each SuperComp caliper requires four brake pads due to its substantial size. This kit utilizes a 2-piece floating disc assembly to reduce rotating and unsprung weight, while also preventing thermal stresses from warping the disc. The unique rotor slot design minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Cross-drilled rotors are standard and recommended for daily driven vehicles, offering cooler operation compared to slotted rotors. For those with more track-focused use, slotted rotors are available. The kit comes standard with Ksport SC5 Street Pads, designed for optimal performance in street and occasional track conditions, offering reduced dust, noise, and rotor wear. Optional Ksport RC5 Race Pads are also available for extreme track use. This big brake kit is made to order and is non-refundable. It is compatible with the BMW 6 Series E6X (2004-2010) models including the 645Ci (N62 4.4L), 650i (N62 4.8L), and M6 (S85 5.0L).
