Supercomp Front Big Brake Kit

The Ksport SuperComp Front Big Brake Kit offers the ultimate in stopping power for your BMW F12 6-Series. This kit integrates advanced brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and continuously cool the brake pads under braking, ensuring consistent performance. The SuperComp caliper is a standout feature, forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum with a one-piece construction, weighing just over 7lbs. It boasts larger pistons than ProComp calipers, an opposed piston design for improved pad wear and caliper rigidity, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. Due to the caliper's size, four brake pads are standard per caliper. The 2-piece floating disc assembly included in this kit reduces both rotating and unsprung weight, while also preventing thermal stresses from warping the disc or cupping the braking surface. The unique slot design on the rotor helps to reduce braking noise and expel gas and pad debris more efficiently. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance, with cross-drilled options recommended for daily-driven vehicles and slotted rotors for track use. This kit includes Ksport SC5 Street Pads, which are designed for optimal performance under street and occasional track conditions, offering reduced dust, noise, and rotor wear compared to race pads. Optional Race Pads (carbon metallic) are available for extreme track use. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, improving overall pedal feel and response.
