The Ksport Supercomp Front Big Brake Kit is a premium upgrade for the Mercedes-Benz W204 C-Class, engineered to deliver exceptional stopping power. This kit features a massive 421mm x 36mm 2-piece floating disc assembly and an extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper with an 8-piston differential bore configuration. Forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum, the caliper weighs just over 7lbs and includes advanced features such as aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM setups, while the stainless-steel brake lines resist expansion under pressure. This system utilizes a 2-piece floating disc assembly designed to reduce both rotating and unsprung weight, and to mitigate thermal stresses that can cause disc warping. The unique slot design on the rotor aids in reducing braking noise and expels gas and pad debris more efficiently. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance, with cross-drilled options recommended for daily-driven vehicles to run cooler, and slotted rotors best suited for track use. Standard equipment includes Ksport SC5 Street Pads, which are ceramic and designed for optimal street and occasional track performance with reduced dust and noise. Optional Ksport RC5 Race Pads are available for extreme track conditions. All Ksport big brake kits come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturer defects.
