The Ksport Supercomp Front Big Brake Kit is a high-performance braking system designed for the Volvo S40 FWD. This kit features a 400x36mm rotor size and integrates new brake technology to reduce brake fade and cool brake pads during use. The caliper is forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum and includes features like aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake lines. The kit also includes a 2-piece floating disc assembly and comes standard with Ksport SC5 Street Pads.

The Ksport Supercomp Front Big Brake Kit offers significantly enhanced stopping power for your Volvo S40 FWD. The SuperComp caliper, forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum, is extremely lightweight at just over 7 lbs and features differential bore, larger pistons, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and titanium brake pad retainer clips. Stainless-steel brake lines are included to prevent expansion under pressure. The 2-piece floating disc assembly is standard, reducing both rotating and unsprung weight while preventing thermal stress and warping. The unique slot design on the rotor minimizes braking noise and expels gas and pad debris efficiently. The kit comes standard with Ksport SC5 Street Pads, designed for optimal performance in street and occasional track conditions, offering reduced dust, noise, and rotor wear compared to race pads. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles to run cooler. This product is made to order and is non-refundable.
