The Ksport SuperComp Big Brake Kit offers the ultimate in stopping power for your vehicle, utilizing advanced brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and ensure consistent pad performance under demanding conditions. The kit features an extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, precision-machined from aircraft-quality billet aluminum. This caliper boasts a differential bore configuration with larger pistons than Ksport's ProComp models, contributing to improved pad wear and enhanced caliper rigidity over OEM designs. Standard features include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. Additionally, the opposed piston caliper design maximizes rigidity and pad life. SuperComp systems include a 2-piece floating disc assembly, engineered to reduce both rotating and unsprung weight. This floating design effectively manages thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing disc warping and braking surface cupping. The rotors feature a unique slot design that minimizes braking noise while efficiently expelling gas and pad debris. Each rotor undergoes heat treatment and balancing for optimal performance.
