Supercomp Front Big Brake Kit

The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit is engineered to provide superior stopping power for the Audi MK2 TT. This front brake system utilizes advanced technology to minimize brake fade and ensure continuous cooling and refreshing of the brake pads under demanding conditions. The kit features an extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum. This caliper boasts larger pistons than Ksport's ProComp calipers and includes protection grooves for bridge tubes. Standard components include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM systems, while stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. Due to the caliper size, each SuperComp caliper requires four brake pads. Included are 2-piece floating discs, which reduce both rotating and unsprung weight and prevent thermal stress from warping the disc. The unique slot design on the rotor minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they tend to run cooler, while slotted rotors are better suited for track use. The kit comes standard with Ksport SC5 Street Pads, designed for optimal street and occasional track performance with reduced dust and noise. Optional Ksport RC5 Race Pads are available for extreme track conditions. This kit is compatible with the Audi TT Mk2 (2008-2015) models, including 2.0T FSI FWD, 3.2L VR6, and 2.0T TSI Quattro variants. Ksport Big Brake Kits are made-to-order and are non-refundable.
