The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit represents the pinnacle of brake upgrades, engineered to deliver maximum stopping power for the Audi 1991-1994 S2 Sedan without requiring any vehicle modifications for installation. This sophisticated bolt-on system enhances performance by incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, along with increased piston count and standard full-floating rotors for superior self-centering. Constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, the one-piece calipers offer exceptional lightweight strength and corrosion resistance. They feature aluminum pistons for superior heat management and uncompromised operation, alongside high-temperature seals and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design improves pad wear and caliper rigidity, while stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. This Supercomp kit includes a two-piece floating disc assembly, reducing both rotating and unsprung weight. The floating design mitigates thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing rotor warping or cupping. The slotted rotor design is optimized to reduce braking noise and efficiently expel gas and pad debris, making it ideal for track use. The front kit features 8-piston calipers and 400mm x 36mm slotted rotors (15.7 inches). Everything needed for installation is included, such as SC1 Street Pads and carbon steel caliper brackets.
