SuperComp Rear Big Brake Kit

The Ksport SuperComp Big Brake Kit offers enhanced stopping power for your BMW E36 3-Series. The kit features a massive SuperComp caliper forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum, weighing just over 7lbs each. It boasts larger pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity, while the stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. This kit includes a 2-piece floating disc assembly designed to reduce rotating and unsprung weight, and to prevent thermal stresses from warping the disc. The unique slot design on the rotor minimizes braking noise and expels gas and pad debris efficiently. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Standard equipment includes Ksport SC5 Street Pads, which are ceramic pads designed for street and occasional track use, offering reduced dust, noise, and rotor wear. Optional Ksport RC5 Race Pads, made of carbon metallic material, are available for extreme track conditions. All Ksport SuperComp Big Brake Kits come standard with D.O.T. compliant stainless steel braided brake lines, which improve pedal feel and response. The kits also include CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets that allow for direct bolt-on installation to the OEM caliper location. This specific kit is designed for the rear of the BMW E36 3-Series, with rotor dimensions of 400mm x 36mm. It is made to order, and ETA will be provided after order submission. The product comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects.
