Standard features on each SuperComp caliper include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design optimizes pad wear and enhances caliper rigidity over the stock setup. Complementing the calipers are D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which provide a firmer pedal feel and quicker response by eliminating expansion under pressure. For enhanced cooling and to manage thermal stresses, this kit includes a 2-piece floating disc assembly. These floating discs help prevent warping and cupping, while the unique slot design on the rotors reduces noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Cross-drilled rotors are included and recommended for daily-driven vehicles, as they tend to run cooler than slotted rotors.
