The kit includes a massive 380mm x 32mm 2-piece floating disc assembly and a lightweight, 6-piston SuperComp caliper. The SuperComp caliper is forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum, featuring differential bore configuration for enhanced performance. It utilizes aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design offers improved pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM components, while the included stainless-steel braided brake lines prevent expansion under pressure, leading to quicker pedal response. The floating disc design minimizes thermal stress and warping, and the unique slot pattern aids in expelling gas and debris. This kit comes standard with Ksport SC5 Street Pads, designed for optimal performance in street and occasional track use, offering reduced dust and noise. An optional upgrade to Ksport RC5 Race Pads is available for those seeking maximum stopping power in extreme track conditions. The rotors are available in cross-drilled (recommended for daily driving) or slotted (recommended for track use) designs.
