Supercomp Rear Big Brake Kit

The Ksport Supercomp Rear Big Brake Kit is a performance braking upgrade engineered to deliver superior stopping power for the BMW F3X 3-Series Sedan. This kit provides a substantial improvement over OEM braking systems, integrating advanced technologies to minimize brake fade and maintain optimal pad performance. The SuperComp caliper, forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum, is exceptionally lightweight, weighing just over 7 lbs. It features a differential bore configuration with larger pistons than Ksport's ProComp calipers, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity, while the included stainless-steel braided brake lines resist expansion under pressure, leading to improved pedal feel and quicker response. Due to the caliper's size, four brake pads are standard per caliper. This kit includes a 2-piece floating disc assembly, reducing both rotating and unsprung weight. The floating design prevents thermal stress from warping the disc or cupping the braking surface. The unique slot design on the rotor minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Standard on this kit are cross-drilled rotors, recommended for daily-driven vehicles as they tend to run cooler than slotted rotors. The kit comes standard with Ksport SC5 Street Pads, which are ceramic pads designed for optimal street and occasional track use, offering reduced dust and noise. An optional upgrade to Ksport RC5 Race Pads (carbon metallic) is available for extreme track conditions. Ksport Big Brake Kits are made to order and are non-refundable. They come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. The kit is specifically designed for the BMW 3 Series F30/F31/F34 models from 2012-2019, including the 320i, 320i xDrive, 328i, and 328i xDrive with N20/N26 2.0L engines.
