The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit represents their most extreme brake upgrade, engineered to deliver superior stopping power for the BMW 3 Series Sedan (2012-2018) without requiring vehicle modifications. This sophisticated bolt-on system builds upon the Procomp kit by incorporating larger calipers, 330mm slotted rotors, and an increased number of pistons. Constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, the lightweight, forged one-piece calipers offer unparalleled strength and corrosion resistance. The calipers also utilize aluminum pistons for improved heat management. Supporting these calipers are CNC-machined Carbon Steel caliper brackets, ensuring a direct bolt-on fit to the OEM caliper bracket locations. The kit includes D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which prevent expansion under pressure for a quicker pedal response and firmer pedal feel. Included SC5 Street Pads offer optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, with reduced dust, noise, and rotor wear. Buyers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors; slotted rotors are recommended for track use, while cross-drilled rotors are suggested for daily drivers due to better cooling. Ksport Big Brake kits are built to order and typically require 4-6 weeks for production and delivery.
