The Ksport SuperComp Rear Big Brake Kit is engineered to deliver ultimate stopping power for your Mercedes-Benz W211 E-Class. This kit integrates advanced brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and continuously cool and refresh the brake pads under heavy use. The SuperComp caliper is forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum, featuring a differential bore configuration with larger pistons than ProComp calipers. It weighs just over 7lbs and includes aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity, while stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. This kit uses 4 brake pads per caliper due to the large size of the SuperComp series calipers. This kit includes Ksport's 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. The floating disc design prevents thermal stresses from warping the disc or cupping the braking surface. The rotors feature a unique slot design to reduce braking noise and expel gas and pad debris efficiently. All rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily-driven vehicles as they tend to run cooler, while slotted rotors are better suited for track use. Standard equipment includes Ksport SC5 Street Pads, which are designed for optimal performance in street and occasional track conditions, offering reduced brake dust and noise. An optional upgrade to Ksport RC5 Race Pads is available for extreme track use. This kit is specifically designed for the Mercedes-Benz W211 E-Class models, including the E320 CDI, E320, E350, and E500, from model years 2003-2009.
