The Ksport Supercomp Rear Big Brake Kit offers a significant upgrade in stopping power for your BMW F87 M2 Coupe. The kit includes a 400x36mm 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces weight and prevents thermal stresses from warping the disc. At the heart of this kit are the SuperComp calipers, forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum. These calipers feature a differential bore configuration with larger pistons than Ksport's ProComp series, weighing just over 7 lbs each. They come standard with aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design improves pad wear and caliper rigidity, while the included stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. Due to the caliper size, each requires four brake pads, and the kit comes standard with Ksport SC5 Street Pads, with an option to upgrade to RC5 Race Pads. The system also features D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which improve pedal feel and response. This product is made to order and is non-refundable once the order is placed. The kit is compatible with the BMW 2 Series F87 M2 (2016-2021) with the N55 3.0L engine. Optional upgrades include various caliper colors and center bell options.
