The Ksport Supercomp Rear Big Brake Kit is engineered to deliver superior stopping power for your Porsche 95B Macan S AWD. This comprehensive kit includes massive 400x36mm rotors and an extreme lightweight 8-piston SuperComp caliper. The caliper is forged from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring unparalleled strength, rigidity, and resistance to corrosion. It features a differential bore configuration with larger pistons than Ksport's ProComp calipers, significantly improving pad wear and caliper rigidity over the OEM design. This system utilizes a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. The floating design mitigates thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing disc warping and cupping. The unique slot design on the rotor enhances bite, continuously cleans and refreshes the pad surface, and expels gas and pad debris more effectively than conventional designs. Ksport's SuperComp systems come standard with either cross-drilled rotors, recommended for daily driven vehicles due to their cooler operation, or slotted rotors, ideal for track use. The kit also includes DOT-compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which improve pedal feel and response by eliminating expansion under pressure. Standard equipment includes Ksport SC5 Street Pads, with an option to upgrade to RC5 Race Pads for extreme track conditions; however, race pads are not recommended for street use due to their higher operating temperature requirements.
