The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit is engineered as the most extreme brake upgrade for the 2011-2016 Honda Odyssey, delivering unparalleled stopping power. It builds upon the features of the Procomp kit by incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, as well as an increased number of pistons. The standard full-floating rotors enhance self-centering within the caliper, leading to reduced brake drag and more even application for improved performance. Constructed with a focus on strength and heat resistance, the calipers are made from a one-piece billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring lightweight construction, superior strength, and corrosion resistance. Aluminum pistons are utilized for their excellent heat tolerance. The floating two-piece rotor design allows the outer section to shift slightly, aiding self-centering, minimizing brake drag, and maximizing performance. Included with the kit are Ksport's SC5 Street Pads (NAOC Ceramic), which offer optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, significantly reducing brake dust, noise, and rotor wear. The pads operate effectively between 194°F and 1022°F. Additionally, D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, providing a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel by preventing line expansion under pressure. Customers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors; cross-drilled are recommended for daily drivers due to cooler operation, while slotted rotors are advised for track use. The calipers are available in standard colors like Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, with premium high-polish and custom color options also available.
