The Ksport Supercomp Rear Big Brake Kit is a premium upgrade designed to deliver exceptional stopping power for the Mercedes Benz W211 E-Class. Engineered with advanced brake technology, this kit significantly reduces brake fade and ensures continuous cooling and refreshing of the brake pad surface during intense braking events. The SuperComp caliper, forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum, is exceptionally lightweight (just over 7lbs each) and features a differential bore configuration with larger pistons compared to ProComp calipers. Its opposed piston design dramatically improves pad wear and caliper rigidity over stock systems, while the included stainless-steel braided brake lines are D.O.T. compliant, enhancing pedal feel and responsiveness by eliminating line expansion under pressure. This system utilizes a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which minimizes both rotating and unsprung weight, and prevents thermal stresses from warping the disc or cupping the braking surface. The rotors feature a unique slot design that reduces braking noise and expels gas and pad debris more efficiently than conventional designs. For daily drivers, cross-drilled rotors are standard and tend to run cooler. Slotted rotors are available for those prioritizing track performance. The kit comes standard with Ksport SC5 Street Pads, known for their reduced dust and noise compared to race pads, with an option to upgrade to Ksport RC5 Race Pads for extreme track conditions.
