Supercomp Rear Big Brake Kit

Specifically designed for the C218 CLS550 models from 2012-2014 (Non-AMG), this kit replaces your factory rear braking components with a high-performance setup. At the core of this kit is the SuperComp caliper, a lightweight, forged aircraft-grade billet aluminum component featuring a differential bore configuration with larger pistons than Ksport's ProComp calipers. This caliper design, along with aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates, enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity. The opposed piston design and standard stainless-steel brake lines improve pedal feel and response by eliminating expansion under pressure. Each caliper requires four brake pads, and options include Ksport SC5 Street Pads or RC5 Race Pads. The kit includes a 2-piece floating disc assembly with 380mm drilled rotors. The floating design helps to mitigate thermal stresses and prevent warping, while the drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they tend to run cooler. The unique slot design on the rotors also aids in expelling gas and pad debris faster. Ksport big brake kits are made to order and come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects.
