The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit offers a significant upgrade in stopping power for your Mazda RX-8 (2003-2012). This rear kit features a Supercomp 4-piston caliper and a 330mm slotted, floating rotor, designed to reduce brake fade and enhance braking performance. The opposed-piston caliper design improves pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM setups, while stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. The two-piece disc assembly, with its floating disc option, helps mitigate thermal stresses and prevent warping. The unique rotor slot design also minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. The kit includes replacement calipers, rotors, pads, brake lines, and all necessary hardware. The Supercomp rotors utilize a standard full-floating design for better self-centering, reducing brake drag and boosting performance.
