Supercomp Rear Big Brake System

The Ksport Supercomp Rear Big Brake System is an extreme brake upgrade engineered to provide superior stopping power for your Lexus GS430. This sophisticated, bolt-on kit integrates larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, along with an increased piston count and standard full-floating rotors for enhanced self-centering within the caliper. The calipers are constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring lightweight strength and corrosion resistance, and feature aluminum pistons for improved heat management and consistent operation. This system utilizes two-piece rotors, significantly reducing weight compared to OEM rotors and offering fade-free performance. The Supercomp kit includes drilled rotors, recommended for daily-driven vehicles due to their cooler operating temperatures. The two-piece design allows the outer rotor section to expand and contract independently, minimizing warping from heat buildup. Center sections crafted from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum act as heat sinks, dissipating heat effectively and contributing to a longer rotor service life. The kit comes standard with SC5 Street Brake Pads, designed for optimal performance under street and occasional track use, offering reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions. The system also includes D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which prevent expansion under pressure for a quicker pedal response and firmer feel. All Ksport Big Brake Kits include CNC-machined carbon-steel caliper brackets for direct bolt-on installation, a set of SC5 Street Brake Pads, stainless steel brake lines, and all necessary mounting hardware. A 12-month limited warranty covers manufacturer defects. This kit is appropriate for 17-inch wheels and above.
