The Ksport BKLX200-951SO is a SuperComp Series Big Brake Kit engineered for serious braking performance. This kit features a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which significantly reduces rotating and unsprung weight, thereby improving handling response. This design also helps to eliminate thermal stress-induced warping and braking surface cupping under extreme heat conditions. The SuperComp caliper is machined from aircraft-quality billet aluminum in a differential bore configuration. It boasts larger pistons than the ProComp series, providing increased clamping force and superior stopping power. Each caliper weighs just over 7 lbs. and includes machined-in protection grooves for the bridge tubes. Standard features include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The kit also includes stainless steel braided brake lines, which prevent expansion under pressure for a firm, consistent pedal feel.
