The 034Motorsport SüperDüper S34 Insuction Bundle is a comprehensive intake system upgrade package designed to enhance the performance of the B8/B8.5 Audi S4/S5 models equipped with the supercharged 3.0 TFSI engine. This bundle integrates the SüperDüper 84mm Throttle Body System with the S34 Carbon Fiber Intake, aiming to significantly improve power output and airflow compared to the stock configuration. The core of this upgrade involves replacing the factory throttle body with a VDO 84mm unit, mated to a precisely engineered cast and machined A356 aluminum adapter. This setup provides a smooth transition from the larger throttle body to the supercharger inlet, resulting in a substantial 20% increase in flow over the original throttle body. For even greater flow potential, the adapter and gasket can be port-matched to the supercharger during porting procedures. The S34 Carbon Fiber Intake features a CFD-optimized 4-ply silicone intake tube and an open-airbox design that channels cool outside air to a large 4-inch inlet conical air filter. This design minimizes air intake restrictions, enhances induction sounds, and improves throttle response. The intake tube is constructed from durable, wire-reinforced multi-ply silicone, ensuring smooth internal surfaces for optimal flow. The air filter itself uses a double-layer pleated cotton filtration medium capable of trapping particles as small as 5 microns, offering superior filtration and flow tested in applications over 800HP. It is critical to note that 034Motorsport Dynamic+ Tuning is required for the safe and proper operation of this SüperDüper S34 Insuction Bundle. Support files for this upgraded hardware are included free of charge with their Stage 2+ 91, 93, 100, 104, and E40 octane tuning options. Users must select the file specifically designated with "SüperDüper." Please be aware that these tuning files are exclusively for Stage 2+ configurations; Stage 1 or Stage 2 files are not available for the SüperDüper Charger. The installation effort for this system is rated as mild.
