The 034Motorsport SüperDüper Turbo Inlet Pipe is a significant upgrade for the EA839 3.0T engine found in the Audi B9/B9.5 S4, S5, and SQ5, aiming to optimize power output by removing critical flow restrictions in the intake tract, particularly when utilizing Stage 3 Hybrid Turbochargers. Constructed from durable A356 aluminum, the pipe itself features an 85mm diameter and is designed to maximize performance when paired with Dynamic+ Stage 3 Hybrid Turbo Tuning Software. The turbo inlet adapter is precision CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum to ensure a smooth transition and maximum airflow into the compressor housing. This kit includes a stock turbo inlet adapter ring, with additional adapter sizes available for various hybrid turbo configurations such as TS2, Pure750, and TTE710/TTE810. To fully leverage the increased airflow of the SüperDüper Turbo Inlet Pipe, conversion kits are available to integrate with existing 034Motorsport S34, X34, and P34 intake systems designed for the B9/B9.5 S4/S5 and SQ5 models. These kits ensure that the larger inlet pipe can effectively maximize the airflow potential of your current 034Motorsport intake setup. Features include a cast A356 aluminum construction, a CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum turbo inlet adapter, and an integrated flange adapter for smooth airflow into the compressor housing. The design also incorporates features to retain the OE PCV hose and factory wiring harness clips, along with a securely retained silicone hose due to the CNC machined edge. The installation effort is rated as mild, with a direct bolt-on process facilitated by a slotted lower turbo inlet bolt.
