The Superior STL062 is a TransLab Engineered HD TCC QUICK-Solution fix for the Dodge 62TE transmission. It features a proprietary No-Ream and “Drop-in and GO!” style fix with a self-cleaning, No-Stick design.

This component offers additional bore support by accessing unworn casting areas. It also provides fine-tuned regulation to eliminate bore wear and prevent catastrophic line loss during TCC control. The Steady-Stream regulation improves lockup control and increases capacity when line pressure is above 110 psi.

The Superior STL062 is a TransLab Engineered QUICK-Solution fix designed for the Dodge 62TE Heavy Duty TCC (Torque Converter Clutch). This advanced component offers a No-Ream and “Drop-in and GO!” style repair, simplifying installation and reducing labor. Key features include Superior's proprietary No-Stick design, which is self-cleaning, and additional bore support that utilizes unworn casting areas. The unit employs fine-tuned regulation to effectively eliminate bore wear. Furthermore, the Flow-Limited proprietary design is engineered to prevent catastrophic line loss during TCC control, while the Steady-Stream regulation ensures improved overall lockup control and higher capacity lockup when line pressure exceeds 110 psi. This fix is developed to provide positive, no-slip engagements at higher throttle rates, particularly when under heavy load. It is ideal for extreme driving scenarios such as towing, commercial use, or intense city driving. By addressing TCC lock-up control issues, the STL062 aims to prevent clutch damage and prolong the life of the 62TE transmission.
