Superlite Sprockets 520 Pitch Conversion Chain Kit

The Superlite Sprockets chain kit is a custom-configured 520 pitch drivetrain upgrade specifically engineered for the 2005-2006 Kawasaki ZX-6R and 636 Ninja. The system features a TEK5 design rear sprocket manufactured from high-carbon steel with a lightweight spoke geometry for improved aesthetics and strength. The front sprocket is constructed from hardened chromoly steel, with OEM-style rubber dampeners available on select configurations to reduce vibration. Each kit includes a premium DID, RK, or EK O/X-ring chain tailored to the specific gearing selection. These kits are assembled to order and come with a rivet-type master link. While most chains are pre-cut to the requested length, variations in gearing selections or wheel-base adjustments may require the end-user to shorten the chain during installation.
