Superstock Clutch Kit

The Dodson Motorsport DMS-8617 Superstock Clutch Kit is engineered for the 8HP76 gearbox, offering enhanced performance and durability. This kit utilizes high-performance friction material and precision-manufactured steel discs for optimal power transfer. The design incorporates separator springs within the hard-working C&E clutches. These springs serve to minimize hub chatter, particularly when paired with hard-anodized hubs, and reduce drag. This results in improved crossover performance and eliminates common downsides associated with higher plate counts, such as jerky behavior, multiple learning attempts, or chattery take-off performance. This clutch kit is rated for up to 900HP, with a torque recommendation of approximately 750/800 ft-lbs for daily drivers without hard launches. Note that the E hub must be upgraded if exceeding 750HP. The kit includes frictions, steels, wave springs, and C&E hubs.
